Rami and Kante to miss Euro quarterfinal clash

France will be without N’Golo Kante and Adil Rami for their Euro 2016 quarterfinal clash against either England or Iceland after the two picked up bookings in their 2-1 win over Ireland.

Midfielder Kante was substituted at half time for Kingsley Coman in the fixture, but the Leicester star will be unavailable for the last eight clash after picking up his second yellow of the tournament, and so will defender Rami.

In Kante’s absence, Yohan Cabaye stands a good chance to start, while coach Dider Deschamps is likely to choose between one of Umtiti and Mangala to replace Rami in the heart of defence.
