Video | Portugal book spot in Euro 2016 final with 2-0 win over Wales

Portugal have booked a spot in the finals of Euro 2016 after overcoming Wales 2-0 in Lyon. Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo and ex Man Utd forward Nani were on target for the Selecao, who will now qualify for the 2017 Confederations Cup if Germany beat France in Marseille.

Both the goals came within minutes of each other early in the second half, with Ronaldo netting in the 50th minute and Nani in the 53rd.

The 55,679 crowd that attended this clash was the second highest attendance at Parc Olympique Lyonnais for a Euro game, only beaten by the 56,279 who turned up to watch France beat the Republic of Ireland in the last sixteen.
